• What are your Delivery Charges?

    Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the item(s) in your order, and are calculated on the shopping basket page. Just click 'buy' to add an item to the basket to see the delivery charge (you can always remove the item later).

  • What are your Delivery Methods?

    We use several delivery methods, depending on the item being sent: *Most orders are delivered by Fastway or TNT Next Working Day couriers. *For small items, we normally use Royal Mail Delivery Services. *Very large or heavy items such as digital pianos may be delivered by a specialist delivery company. If so you will be informed of this once your order has been processed. *Orders normally need to be signed for. If no-one is available, a card will be left so you can arrange a re-delivery. Upon receipt of your order you must sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter Please note that most of the above services operate Monday to Friday only. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge, please contact us if you require this service for a price quotation.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We use TNT & Fastway Courier’s standard delivery service, which is normally delivered 'Next Working Day' after dispatch for non-remote locations in mainland UK . If there are any problems processing your order or if any items are out of stock, you will receive an email or telephone call from Playsomething advising you as soon as possible

  • When are your Delivery Times?

    In stock items are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. *Estimated delivery times for each item can be found on the item information pages. *Delivery times quoted on the site are intended as a guide; we can usually give you a more exact time after you place an order, however it is not usually possible to give a specific time of day for the delivery. *Very heavy items can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive. *Sometimes we can send items earlier than estimated, especially if it's in stock. *Occasionally, out of stock items may take longer than estimated to arrive, and delays may occur which are outside our control

  • Usually, orders are despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order however, orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekend are processed the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday occurs.

    Orders placed Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday

    Please do not email or call us on Monday morning for delivery details. All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday are processed the following Monday. If all the items ordered are in stock the earliest delivery would be the following Tuesday (within 2 working days). If there are any problems processing your order or if any items are out of stock, you will receive an email or telephone call from Playsomething advising you as soon as possible

  • Delivery Areas

    We can only supply goods to U.K. resident customers. Goods can only be supplied to the address of the cardholder placing the order. Delivery charges displayed apply to U.K. Mainland We may have to add a small surcharge for deliveries to other U.K. addresses such as the Scottish Highlands, please contact us for details.
